Yes, like another world. Fog can do that. It could happen almost anywhere there’s an open field (or body of water) and a cluster of trees (or islands). In this case, it’s Northern California, but this scene will never reappear, as the trees were just recently cut down. The field itself will be “gone”—set for development in a couple years. Oh floating worlds on floating times!
