Changing Trains

Here’s an easy-going poem written today and posted in reply to the daily prompt: change.

Traveling with a camera is my ticket to a train,
a linking string of passing sights in window’s telling frame
surrounding where I’m going, what I do and see—
a café and a coffee, a forest and a tree. . .

so when I come back home, it’s never quite the same,
how I notice things I missed before—how I see again!.
